My first blog post in a long time

Hello everyone!

It will be my first blog post since i quit blogging. I quit blogging back in 2010, and deleted my blog.

It was because of mainly personal issues, and I didn't have the motivation that i needed to continue blogging, plus, i didn't have any niches i would have like to written of.

But now i found a website, called Gamikia and got a ton of ideas for writing about online games. Now, there are a ton of online games, and the numbers are only growing year by year, and it is fascinating.

There are better online games, and there are worse ones. For example, there are games, that will only take your time, and you will spend countless hours putting work into nothing, and there are ones that are actually good for you.

Psychologists at the University of Exeter have developed a game that may change you snacking habit, and will help a dozen of people by controlling the snacking habits.

The game is very simple, it basically trains your brain to cut out foods that are high calories, by telling you to press on pictures, that are not biscuits or treats.

The participants of this test have lost a slight amount of weight, and they have eaten less calories 7 months afterward the brain training. They had to play the game ten minutes a day, for a week. That is not very much, if you ask me, to loose some weight.

It's kind of strange, but they are using the game to train your brain, to avoid these unhealthy foods, basically changing behavior when you see something you would like to eat very much.

The game is like this: Several images appear on the screen one by one, and when a bad unhealthy food appears, you have to avoid pressing any button.

If you ask me, this is pretty fascinating, and it is great to see that people are trying to use games to change the fate of the humanity.
